Hi,

in the video tutorial of requirement model, we can see a Traceability model in the project browser.
i was not able to find it, so what is it ? where can we get it ?
or is it another model just renamed ?

EA Help | Search | Traceability.
No, you can't have it!

the only place in Help where i've seen use case and requirements linked, was in Business process.

Whereas in the video tutorial, there is a traceability Model.
So 2 possibilities :
- the Business model was renamed to Traceability model.
- the Video is an old one (and traceability model does not exist anymore) or the model is hidden somehow.

Is there a particular model or recommended model where to link Requirements and use cases ?

thanks a lot.

There was something about this posted a while back. AFAIR the answer(s) had to do with the element matrix or hierarchy pane.

EDIT: I thought Sparx had updated the video, but I might be thinking of something else. Please send an email to Sparx Support - follow the About Us link at the top right of any forum page - to let them know the video is out of date.

The standard EaExample.eap repository does come with a traceability diagram.  It is located in: Project Models | Requirements Model | Traceability.  Is this what you are looking for?
