Linked ActivityPartitions and documentation

Hello everyone,

I have the following project structure (example only)

Business Processes
    IT Change Management Process
        ActivityDiagram_for_bsiness_process_diagram        
        Activity1
        Activity2
    Organization Swimlanes
        Partition1
        Partition1

So in ActivityDiagram_for_business_process_diagram, I drag and drop partitions from the Organization Swimlanes package, and then put activities (1 & 2) on the partitions.

When I generate RTF of HTML documentation, the activities do not appear underneath (i.e. related to) the ActivityPartitions, as they would if the partitions were in the same package as the activities.

Any solutions for this?  Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Have you set the Document Linked Elements option? [This might only be possible for one of the RTF generators.]

If the Activity Elements are in a package external to the package being reported - you need to set the diagram Properties to show in the RTF report generation the external elements & set the template to include Diagram::Element
Diagram Properties | Diagram Tab | RTF Document Options | Document Each element in RTF.
