Two things:

1.  Is this like fraud, surely Sparx would be in a better position to help... or just some sorta scam

2.  How they get my email address?

Sometimes I oughta pay more attention [smiley=embarassed.gif] to what you can do, ie 'send a personnal message'... so me email addy is still safe, "Hooray".

But what the sender is asking for is well dodgy seemingly

I think you're spot on. I suggest you report this to Sparx (any address, perhaps support) and they can put a watch out for other similar abuses.

Thanks for tip off, Kevin. We are treating it as abuse and have banned the user. Of course, it's entirely possible that he is a genuine user having difficulties and just asked a random stranger for help. If that's the case, he needs to contact Sparx Support.
