HTML Report missing information from root package

I am looking at producing an HTML Report of our project because the production of word documents is too confusing.

However when I produce an HTML report it does not report the properties, notes etc of the root package!

It also names the main HTML document INDEX, I would prefer it be named the same as the package name.

Can anyone shed some light on the above or is this a bug.

I'm running V7.1 Build 827
