BPMN Lane and pool

In Add-ins BPMN :
1. Could you give me the right way to put lanes into a pool. I try for two days without success.
2. Where are the different tagged values referenced in the userguide.
3. Where is it possible to find a real user guide of EA BPMN. I know wel the notation but i can't get the figures on my screen.
