Project Too big

Hi list,

My project is too big but I have not much elements on my project. Today it is almost 9Mb.


Could you suggest anything to me ?


ps: Maybe the image catalog (xml) could be associated to my projetc.

This is normal. EA seems to store data in chunks, not bytes.
There is always an overhead which you will not go below.

However you can try to compact your EA file from the "Tools->Manage EA file" -> "Compact EA file" menu entry

If you are using a DBMS repository, check that you do not have auditing turned on. Audit trails can inflate a database quickly.

Why is 9MB so problematic? We work on DB on hundreds of MBs and it works fine (appart of loading time of course).
