Launch web-based documentation from diagrm element

Hi,  I've documented my use case TEXT in a twiki.  I've now created a visual representation in an EA use case diagram.  I can see how to link the use case elements to their corresponding web page (Properties/Files/Web Adress).  However, I'd like to be able to either right click or single or double click my use case elements to launch the page, rather than double click, select files, select the first file, then click launch.)

Possible?
