How to debug a Windows Mobile applicaton

Hi,

Does anybody can help me, how to create build and debug script to debug an application written for Windows Mobile 6.1 classic powered device?

I can run and debug the app. from within VS2008, but want to debug it from within EA mainly to generate sequence diagram.

My EA is linked with VS2008, and othervise works well.

Every suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
