Lock packages which are under version control

Hello everybody,

I have a few of packages under version control which I wanne lock for specified user groups. There is no problem to set the defined locks but if I have checked out a package the lock on it will be deleted and I have to set it a second time. Is there any possibilty to leave this packages with the defined locks?
