Changing the Default HTML Template

Does anyone know how I can create a custom HTML Template that contains more detail than the Default. For example, I would like to output Requirement properties such as Priority and Difficulty.

Open the resource view (Alt+6), look for the Templates folder, then right click on "Web Style Templates" and choose "Create HTML Template".
