Report and search view

I have EA 6.5, but my associate is evaluating 7.1.

He does not see the "Report and search view" list that I do.

Has this functionality changed in the current version of EA?

If so, how do you get to this reporting information where you can list and search, say, requirements and other information.

The report view is now an editable element list, while the search view has its own window.
