UC How can I create an Extension point

Hello,

How can I create an Extension point in a Use case.

(not the same as "Extend")

Right-click the use case - I am not sure if this works in the Project Browser tree, so try it on a diagram to be sure - and from the context menu select Advanced | Extension Points. You'll get the Use Case Extension Points dialog, which will let you manipulate the collection.
