XML post processing

Hello,

i am new to the Enterprise Architekt and need a little bit of advice.
I exported a model via XMI-Export. Afterwards i only want to keep (in that export) the elements with stereotype of Component and Requirement and the connections between them.
I read in the help file, that i can do that with the post processing commando file.
- But what do i have to write in such a file ?
- Maybe there are some examples at this site ? (i haven´t found any)
