DDL customization (header and footer)

I searched the forum for previous threads about DDL customization and found some, but no answer to my (simple) question, so I'll give it a try here.

I would like to add static headers and a footers to the generated DDLs for my data model. From what I understand from EA documentation, it should be easily feasible, but I haven't been able to figure out how.

Nothing in "Code Generation Templates" seems to be related to DDL generation, and all my attempts to customize the "Transformation Templates" failed miserably... :(
