We have just released a Beta version of Enterprise Tester

It is web based and allows you to auto generate test cases from your use cases and scenarios, import requirements and show traceability.

In addition, if you want to, we have build a real time link to the popular Altassian defect tracker Jira so you can now have an end-to-end solution EA-ET-JIRA for a fraction of the cost of other tools in the market.
