Relationships b/w components and entities

1. While it is possible to associate Information Items in InformationFlows between components, is it possible to
a. Visualize Information Item dependencies on the components where InformationFlows were mapped?
b. Selectively exclude components from the matrix, or is it a requirement to use folder/packaging to perform filtering?

2. While it is possible to export relationships between components based on the InformationFlow type, is it possible to
a. Export these relationships and show data elements?
b. Import these relationships with/without data elements?
c. Edit the relationships within the relationship matrix?

3. What is the recommended approach for associating Information items with a data store?
a. For instance, using an Information Flow dependency between components with associated Information Items, these Information Items did not appear as dependencies.
b. Is a component dependency diagram required to defined these relationships?
c. Can the relationships be defined alternatively in a relationship matrix?

4. Does EA have the ability to automatically illustrate dependencies between components to support analysis.  For instance,
a. by dropping an item in a diagram and asking for all associated components to automatically being loaded into the diagram with appropriate dependencies.
b. by selecting components in a diagram and toggling on/off all dependencies to that component, from that component, or both?
