Generate BPEL out of BPMN diagrams

Is there a way to generate BPEL out of BPMN diagrams?

Only by writing your own engine.

A very long time ago - more than one major version of EA has since come and gone - there was a single mention of this by Sparx. It was only a forum post, not a 'formal' statement or announcement. All it said was that they were working towards some kind of BPEL transfer - I don't remember if it was import, export, or both, or even if it was a transformation of some kind - for some unspecified future version of EA.

This seems to have disappeared from the stage, although the BPMN add-in has been folded into the core EA suite since then.

Perhaps you should make a formal feature request. That would help raise the visibility of this, and perhaps push it over the fence into the 'active' list for future features.
