Drawing Sequence diagram from an addin

Hi

I would like to know if it is possible to create sequence diagram from addin code.
I need to write addin that will be able to combine diagrams from different projects.
At first glance I would need to create Sequence relations but how can I order them in different objects so that the output on a diagram made sense?
How can I insert a message between other messages?
Or add interaction occurence objects in a diagram?
