Change an object to a class

I've inherited a model, and there is a class diagram that was created using an 'object' instead of a class, however, the stereotype is set to Control.  

I'm trying to generate code with the classes and controllers, but the 2 items that were created as objects (different icon - red and white) will not get generated.  

How can I change them, without deleting them? They already have methods and attributes that I don't want to recreate.

From the main menu, select "Element > Advanced > Change Type".
