Drag and Drop Operations

Hi,

I have EA 7.5 release 844, and I have to do this:
Drag and drop an operation on a state or an arrow this should automatically take this operation as its own.

With this version it should be possible to do this, but how? Can someone help?

P.S. For those who also know artisan, my function should work like the event action block.
