upgrade from 7.1 to 7.5

I've always used the "patch" file to upgrade. My installation is now 7.1.

Under the heading "Enterprise Architect Registered Patch File Upgrade" is says :"....To use the patch file, you must have first have Enterprise Architect 7.5 installed....".

How do I upgrade from 7.1 til 7.5? Can I copy the content of the "patch" file?

You need the full setup for EA 7.5, which is also available in the registered users download page. Setup will prompt you to uninstall EA 7.1, you can click "yes" there. Your settings in the registry will be preserved.

In case you have changed the file EABase.eap in the EA application folder, you should save it before running the setup, then after installing EA 7.5 open your copy ,check if everything is allright, and copy it back.
