How can we manage the phases?  I see there is a t_phase table in the database, and I see how one can enter the phase in objects, but after searching help and this forum, I don't see any way to interact with the phase records.  
Also, there is no phase record on maintenance items, like defects.  Can we easily assign defects to a phase or cycle?
