Estimation for Migration project using Sparx EA

Hi, I am working on a very complex estimation project for migration from C++ to .NET platform. Sparx has very well prepared the class diagrams and identified relationships even for complex scenarios.

I need to find out following information for providing a quick rough estimation using COCOMO :
1. Lines of Code (File wise and function wise) in the project
2. Function Points,etc
3. Interfaces
4. Database Calls (we are using ADODB)
Can sparx help me with this? Any links/resources to help me understand this tool from this prespective?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
