EA Windowing behaviour...

Hello,
I am using EA, but I am having problem in that it persists to remain the top window, no matter what other application I may open, it still persists to be the top window. How can we change this behaviour?

PS: How is sunny Mordialloc.. as I am now living in Sunny England, I miss St Kilda beach...

Look at Window | Always on Top.
