set label visibility of connectors

Is there a possibility to change the behaviour of the connectors? As default, all labels are shown, however, I like to have only the "Middle Top Label" shown.
It is boring to go through all conectors, right clicking them and selecting that from the "label visibility" dialog.  
Is there a possibility to do this for all connectors at once or to change the default visibility?
