Local Paths also for "Files" (t_objectfiles)

It seems that Local Paths are only available for GenFile in t_object??

It will be nice if we could used the "Local Paths" in the Name of the Files of type "Local File" stored in t_objectfiles. This will make easier working in a team.

It's been asked for before...  I think I mentioned it over 4 years ago...  Submit a formal feature request (via the link at the bottom).  If you can be bothered looking for the original suggestion, you can revive that one.

Everywhere where a file path can be specified should be amenable to Local Paths.

sorry I did not know that it was already requested. Before posting, I did check in the Forum, if there was an entry referring to Local Paths, but I was unable to find one.

Is there a way to see the list of requested features, with the decision (no/yes and possible schedule)?

Hi Solvi,

No, there isn't a way to see the list.  That's why you (and we) have to keep requesting the same thing over and over.  We users have adopted the practice of logging our requests both here and through the formal method and linking the two so that Sparx can see any on-going discussion and voting.  The original posting may have been lost in the mists of time (I think it was at least two board upgrades ago so it may even have been "lost  in translation".

Please resubmit a feature request.  Put a URL in the official request you log pointing back to this forum topic.
