Diagrams in RTF are resized based on monitor res

When I generate an RTF document, the diagrams are resized. In my case, they are scaled down to 63%. If I open the same EA file on another computer and generate the same RTF document, the diagrams may be scaled down, scaled up or even distorted (height and width percentages are unequal).

After much testing and troubleshooting, I found that if I change my screen resolution, the diagram scaling changes too! Currently, I have to set my monitor to an undesirable 1600 x 1000 pixels in order to generate documents with diagrams at 100% scaling.

I have tried all the scaling options within the EA application and nothing helps or alters this situation.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is there some way around this issue or is it a bug that I should report to Sparx?

Since no responses were received, I reported this to Sparx. They have confirmed it and logged it as an issue.
