MDG Integration for Eclipse and C++
« on: October 06, 2008, 02:25:23 pm »
I'm developing C++ code using CDT 5 (C/C++ Development Tooling) on top of Eclipse Platform 3.4.1 and trying to evaluate Eclipse MDG Integration version 3. EA version is 7.1.

So far, I've been able to install the MDG Integration plugin and connect to a model from within Eclipse. However, when I right click on a package in the new MDG "Project Explorer" view and attempt to "Link this Package to an Eclipse Project", a dialog is displayed asking me to choose an Eclipse project from a list - which is empty.

This empty project list makes me think the MDG plugin doesn't recognise CDT projects. Has anyone had any luck with this? Does MDG for Eclipse even support C++/CDT?

Cheers,
Michael

I believe support for CDT/C++ is currently under development.

That's good news!

Any chance of getting a time frame for this support to be added?  ;)
