New value for Priority within Requirements
« on: January 05, 2010, 04:04:48 am »
Is it possible to create a new value for the field "priority" held as a property of a Requirement.

We would like to use as different set of values to those supplied (High, Medium, Low) but cannot see anyway to create them.  We've tried the General Settings options, but this seems to only allow us  to create new Requirements Types.

We are thinking of using tagged values but would prefer to use the field Priority as a preference.

Thanks

Hi Glyn,

I've just had a quick look in the DB and I can't find them.  Looks like they're hard coded.

Perhaps a Sparxian can confirm that.

It would be a good feature.  Submit a feature request using the links at the bottom of the page.

I'v been after that before, and indeed the values seem to be hardcoded.

Paolo / Geert

Thanks for taking the time to investigate my question and confirming our thoughts  :(

I've submitted a feature request, so perhaps we'll have some possibilities in the future.

In the meantime I think we'll have to go down the tagged values routes.

Thanks again.
