Information Callouts: How-to?

I'm creating an activity diagram with requirements written/imported per element.  I'd like to create graphical elements similar to a Note that list the Short Description of each requirement listed for the specified element.  By this mechanism, I can have an activity flowlane that is labeled with requirement tags per my imported requirements.  Does anyone have and idea on how I can achieve this?  For instance.... activity "Execute Plan B" may have a requirement imported that is identified as "INT-NGF-2343" in the short description.  I'd like to have a "callout" on the page that indicates that this requirement identifier has requirement text that describes the element.  Alternatively, it's OK if the identifier can be displayed on each element's graphical representation.

Following is new information on what I am trying to achieve... but I'm still not able to accomplish exactly what I'd like.

If you'd like to list information about an element in a note that is linked to it, then follow the steps below:

1  Right Click the Element>"Add">"Note"
2  The note will be added
3  Right Click on the Link>"Link this note to an element feature"
4  You can select to display a particular requirement.

The following are the limitations I am trying to overcome:

1  You cannot list all of the requirements in one note, you must select one requirement at a time, and one per note.
2  You cannot list external requirements that have been linked to the element, which is what I'm trying to achieve.

I'll keep you updated as things progress, but hopefully someone can beat me to it!

Why do you want to replicate the requirement information into the note? (You can get this info on paper, but not on screen.)

Can't you use the note of the element, and the note of the requirement to do some documentation-stuff?

If you make a report with the following content:
diagram
diagram note
element
element note
requirement
requirement note

It will give you the infor you're looking for I suppose....
The diagram option in EA is no reporting tool. It would be a nice feature, to see the inside of an element in a graphical way. Or some parts of it anyway.
