Import DoDAF model from System Architect to EA

I tried to import an XMI file generated from System Architect DoDAF model.  I was told this file is XMI version 1.0 which should be supported by EA.
However I got this error message from EA when trying to import it using the “Import Package from XMI” menu:

Error: Code = 0xc00ce016
URL:file:///C:/PROGRAM~!/SPARXS~1/EATRIA~1/uml.dtd
Error Description = Attribute 'xmi.version' has a value which does not match the fixed value defined in the DTD/Schema
 

Should I get the right dtd file from somewhere ?
Beside XMI/XML, any other suggestions on how to import DoDAF models (not just UML) from System Architect to EA?
Is there a 3rd party tool that I need to use?  Is there a way through Database SQL?
