How I can see the tasks ,issues,changes of all elements in my project.

Do you want to see all tasks, issues and changes in one table?

If its suffiecient to watch them separately, select the root package in the project browser, right click and select "Show Element List", then select "Changes" from the dropdown box.

I think you can also try to create a search definition for it.
If it doesn't exist yet as one of the standard searches you can surely craft a new sql search to give you a list of the required info.
