Thank you Sparxians for adding my single most requested feature, and the feature that will improve my daily work DRAMATICALLY!  You guys are legends, EA is now the best requirements tool on the market hands down.  This is even more than I had hoped for, the ability to link to elements from within a step is brilliant!

You should all give yourself pay raises - you deserve it!   ;D ;D ;D ;D
