v8 - Index Packs - where?

Apart from the release notes, I can't find any reference to Index Packs.

How do we obtain them and apply them to existing repositories?

Hey Paolo,

Just checked with our db wizard (hd) and they can be applied to repositories accessed by older versions of EA.
