Actions - Set Operation
« on: April 07, 2010, 11:42:08 pm »
I must have changed a default and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it back.

Normally when I drag and drop an Action into a diagram it asks me what kind and I select Operation.  Then I right click on it and choose Set Operation to apply an Operation to the Action.

Well now it does not do that and every time I have to right click on the Action, choose Advanced, Custom Properties, and then select CallOperation from a drop down list in the "Kind" field.

I don't want to drag and drop an Operaton from the Project Browser since my Actions are auto-numbered and I want to keep it that way.

I'm on the 11th hour of this project deadline.  Can anyone advise me so I don't go nuts?

Thanks!

Try holding the Control key as you drag and drop.  That usually opens the relevant dialog.  You've probably set defaults there accidentally.

HTH,

Retain that lack of cynicism, Kevin...  It was pure serendipity...  Actually, I'm quite miffed it took AuntJulie an hour and a quarter to check back...  Still the "warmth" of her thanks made up for it...
