Override Appearance - Not possible for all element
« on: May 04, 2010, 08:24:08 pm »
I made a simple override for one of my class stereotypes, I gave it green background. Then I added an override for an attribute stereotype, I set the text color to blue.

The first override on the class becomes visible if I apply it. But the second ovverride doesn't work (even if I remove the parent class stereotype override). The attribute still is in black font color but it should become blue now.

Is it possible or no way to format child elements in a class diagram?

I want to use that e.g. to mark which class attribute is a primary key field needed for persistence and so on...

You might join Paolo's crusade for consistent appearance handling (see his recent posts). Yours is another one in the list.

Just to confirm, there is currently no way to set the colour of the text for individual attributes.
