Strange numberring in RTF templates

Hello,I have a model and try to generate documentation with RTF templates.
It works quite good, but I have a problem with numbering.

I used a customised "List" and I have the result expected except for 1 object.
In an internal block diagram, I have 5 blocks.
The numberring is (we are in package 2.3) 2.3.1 - 2.3.2 - 2.3.3 - 2.3.4 - 3.0.1
I do not understand why the last one is like this ?
If I supprees it and create new objects, there is no problem and the numberring is normal. So I think the problem comes from the element (a parameter or something else) but I can't suppress and recreate it as I used it in a lot of other diagrams...
Do you have an idea of the reason of this numberring ?
