Video Demonstrations - Audio?

Hello EA World,

Do the video demonstrations have audio available?  The popup dialogs work and display training information, but audio is so much nicer and I am wondering if I am missing it (how to turn on audio) some where.

Tried with Chrome, IE8, and FireFox - no audio.  Am I missing something or are they "read only"

I missed it too - but I just assumed the folks at Sparx had just assumed that we'd all understand the visuals with no narration.

A voice narrative would have been very useful.
