Development workflow support

What are users doing for development process workflow? For example, with the Pro edition anyone can change the status of an element from Proposed to Approved. I think corporate version has access controls but that isn't the whole picture either. When an element changes status it would be good to tigger other actions like email notifications, task creation, etc.

We use MKS Integrity and it has awesome support for that kind of thing. Unfortunely, I have not come up with a good way to integrate the capabilities of that tool with EA.

I know this is likely to be just clutter because you are all as busy as I am but its worth asking... please share if you can.
