Compert DDL against Oracle 10g

Hello,
  i'm testing EA and a i found problem for me. When I need compare tables
against database, I choose Database ingineering/ Generate DDL/Compare,
but comparing never ends. User has only one table (in database and also in project) and thats all.
I'm afraid, that the program compare even system tables and views. Am I
right? And if so, is there same chance to change this behavior and compare
only users tables and views?

What version of EA?
When you say never end is EA in a hard loop (using 100% CPU on a core) or hung?
