Workspace distribution to multiple users

Hi

I need to roll out a set of similar views for 20+ users. I have explored the workspace functionality (for EA version 8.0) and build a custom view that all users would need to use.

How can I distribute this view to all my users?

Currently the only way is to distribute the files located at %APPDATA%\Sparx Systems\EA\Workspace Layouts.

I am unble to find a folder names workspace layout in the root of EA (trial). But I've located the folder which I think you refer to as "%APPDATA%\Sparx Systems\EA Trial\Config\Workspace Layouts". It only contains the default workspaces, not my custom build workspace. What am I missing here?

No, %APPDATA% doesn't refer to "C:\Program Files". On my system it's "C:\Documents and Settings\ncapey\Application Data" but you can just type "%APPDATA%" in the Address Bar of Windows Explorer and it will take you there...
