Can one change the layout of component labels?

In a very busy component diagram I find it increasingly annoying, that the upper part of a component's visualization is obviously blocked and consumed by the upper right hand component icon.

It would be much more "economic" (i.e. not wasting so much screen real estate) if the stereotype and/or the component's name would appear to left of that icon.
