Rule Composer
« on: January 11, 2011, 04:37:27 am »
Am browsing the example model that comes with my version of EA (80863) and it demonstrates a rules composer, but I cannot locate the Composer.

"right click on a Rule Task element and select the Rule Composer context menu option" - There is no Rule Composer context menu that I can see

What edition of EA are you running? Corporate, Business, Systems, Ultimate?

AFAIK it will only be available with Business and Ultimate suites.
Best Regards,

Michael

As stated by mrf - the Business Rules Composer is only available in the Business & Software Engineering and Ultimate editions of Enterprise Architect.  See:
http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/ea/index.html#editions

If you are interested in testing this feature, you could try installing the trial version of Enterprise Architect and selecting to evaluate either Business or Ultimate edition.
