Printing Use Case Context References in RTF Report

Does anybody know how to print use case context references in an RTF Report?

We're using the Scenarios and Requirements editor and are adding context references to the use case but are unable to generate a report that lists the context references. I can print the scenarios, pre/post conditions and most else but context references do not seem to be part of the report editor....

Am I missing something here? Any help would will be greatly appreciated.
