Parallel installation of EA versions?

Hi!

I bet this has been asked many times before, but I did not find it in the forum so far:

Is it somehow possible to install two versions of EA in parallel? My customer is still running 7.5 and I want to test the 9 beta or at least the actual 8 version. But to calm him I want to make sure that I use his models only with his version while working for testing purpose with the new versions.

But the installer gives the ususal "I will de-install a prior version" message.

So - any workaround for this issue known?

Hey,

thx for the link. It seems to work - at least I could start both versions and fiddle a little bit arround.

Would be nice if the EA would include the option to install multiple versions in parallel as a default.
