Generating WSDL

I have EA ver 8 professional edition. I am trying to generate wsdl using the wizrd provided under Projets. The only way i found is you need to have the proper folder structure with all the correct stereoscope to generate it.
I used the help found at http://www.sparxsystems.com/uml_tool_guide/xml_technologies/model_wsdl.htm.
The question i am having are :
1) Is there a way to generate WSDL from class diagram. like some IDE do say fro example from Java code in eclipse or netbeans.
2) I saw in the same help that you can generate WSDL from activity diagram. but i am not able to follw teh steps.

if anybody has figured out this please let me know.
