SysML <<copy>> relationship for Reqiurements

The EA User's Guide says the following about the SysML <<copy>> relationship among requirements:

"Declare a copy of one SysML Requirement by another."

      It seems to me that the Notes of the source requirement would be copied into the target requirement.  However, it appears that <<copy>> is simply treated as another relationship.

       Thoughts?       Alan
