Macros for document generation from EA

Dear Admin,

I am very new to EA.

I have one basic question here:

We need generation macros that build documentation, i.e. technical specification documents, out of a project's UML diagrams and all descriptive texts within those diagrams. It is very important that the documents that these new macros are going to generate strictly obey to the document structure of technical specifications which is pre-defined.

So could please suggest me some steps to accomplish this work?

I suggest to read the report generation whitepaper from sparx which is a valuable source of information:

Especially the section about virtual documents might suit your needs.
