Change Bars in RTF Docs

Is there some way to enable change bars in RTF docs?

I'm trying to track requirements changes from newer versions of the RTF doc.

Is there some way to enable change bars in RTF docs?

We do this by manually using the Word compare documents feature on current and last version of the rtf document (which we save as ODF or OOXML)
