Generate RTF report for more packages

Hello,

we have 30+ packages in one EAP. We would like to generate a RTF report just for a few selected packages.

When I do right mouse click on a package -> Documentation -> Rich Text Format (RTF) Report then just a selected package is exported and it works fine, the report contains all diagrams from package. However, I cannot select more packages in the for RTF report in the Project Browser.

I know I can exclude a package from a RTF report by Generated Report Options, but it§s very tedious when we need to report this 2 packages and then another 3 packages etc.

I have tried also: Model Search -> select desired packages -> RTF report, but the RTF has contained only the names of packages and no included diagrams and elements. Maybe the problem is, that the Model Search does not include diagrams, just packages and elements.


We have EA 9.0 Professional so we cannot use scripting. Does anybody know how to generate RTF report quickly just for a few selected packages?

Use Virtual Documents and specify the packages you want in one or more Model Document elements. You can read about it in the Help.
